SCOPE OF SERVICE: Director-level responsibility for Planning, Construction and Capital Risk with overall accountability for project success. Extensive value-management, budgeting and strategic procurement studies were required to bring the Project to fruition.

DESCRIPTION: Construction of two new four-year residential colleges on seven acres comprising 529k sf designed by RAMSA to facilitate the expansion of Yale College, including; two dining halls and common kitchen, two masters’ houses, masters and deans office suites, seminar rooms, libraries, computer rooms, faculty offices, fellows’ suites, common rooms, cafes, social and recreational spaces, and student suites built on an entryway system.
